
任涵 讲师,硕士生导师,1991年2月生于湖北黄冈,于2020年6月获理学博士学位。主要从事微生物生态学、土壤生态学的研究工作。主持和参加国家自然科学基金多项,已在Forest Ecology and Management, Journal of Soil Science and Plant Nutrition, Forests, microorganisms, Agronomy, Archives of microbiology, Marine Pollution Bulletin, Silva Fennica,
Biomass Conversion and Biorefinery, Nordic Journal of Botany等国内外生态学主流期刊上一作/通讯作者发表论文10余篇。

主要研究内容:
(1)微生物生态学。主要研究植物根际益生菌(Plant growth promoting rhizobacteria, PGPR)对非豆科植物的促生作用。通过土壤微生物促生的长效缓释作用,逐渐取代或者降低农、林业中作物对人工施氮的依赖。
(2)土壤生态学。主要研究生物炭作为土壤改良剂对土壤微环境的影响。通过研究生物炭Biochar对土壤微生物群落多样性、功能多样性和物种多样性的影响,探讨生物炭对土壤养分固持和土壤-植物养分循环的调控机制。
